*As always this is only a suggestion, the leagues listed are in order of importance, feel free to run as many or as little leagues as you think your system can handle. The setup above gives a nice regional feel.
It is advisable however to run as many top tier leagues of major nations as you can to keep the continental club competitions competitive

State Leagues
As well as playing in the national league of Serie C, each club will also play in their local state league. The quality of the competition can vary wildly from state to state. Some Serie C teams may well be the best in their state whilst others will be also rans.
The format is different from state to state with some having a simple league system and other being a cup competition or a combination of the two.
Unfortunately unlike previous versions of Football Manager, FM23 does not give board expectations for state leagues but here is a breakdown of where each team is based.
