3rd place plays a promotion playoff against a team from higher division

Bottom 4 relegated to unplayable regional leagues

The match squad must have no more than 2 non-EU players
There must be at least 2 under-21 Bulgarian players in the starting eleven. (Born after 1/1/2001)
Under-21 players are automatically eligible to play in all matches.
Ludogorets II, CSKA 1948 II and Botev Plovdiv II are unplayable due to being reserve teams
