Second tier of Malaysian Football
10 teams play each other twice (18 games)
This is the final season in this format as B teams will no longer be involved in the following season. The league will discontinue at the end of the season and the third tier "M3 League" will "become" the socond tier.
All 6 non "B" teams will have the opportunity to be promoted to a new format 18 team tier 1 Super League

Promotion

Top 4 non "B" teams promoted automatically
Remaining 2 non "B" teams play a playoff game against a team from the league below for the last 2 promotion spaces.
None of the 3 "B" teams can be promoted or managed
Projek FAM-MSN cannot be promoted but can be managed

Relegation

All "B" teams are automatically relegated

Other

Squad must have no more than 3 foreign players (4 if one is from an Asian nation)
Foreign players can only have a maximum of 2 year contracts
Perak have 9 points deducted for financial mismanagement.

*As always this is only a suggestion, the leagues listed are in order of importance, feel free to run as many or as little leagues as you think your system can handle. The setup above gives a nice regional feel.

It is advisable however to run as many top tier leagues of major nations as you can to keep the continental club competitions competitive

*There is currently an issue with Media Predictions showing incorrectly in the game. Teams are listed by Title Odds.
Unfortunately this makes it hard to place the unmanageable "B" teams, so they are at the bottom as they are ineligible for promotion anyway.
Projek FAM-MSN are manageable but also ineligible for promotion.

Youth Facilities

The training facilities available for Juniors (only).

Does NOT apply to visible players already at the club. All visible players currently at the club use Training Facilities regardless of age.

In theory the better these facilities the greater your players will be developed on the day of intake. But there are a lot of factors at play.

Junior Coaching

The quality and quantity of unseen youth coaches that affects the quality of players in your youth intake

Youth Recruitment

This determines how large a pool of players your team can recruit from. It is the size of your recruitment network. It increases your chances of getting the best young players from your area, nation and beyond.
