Teams play each other twice (30 games)
League then splits into promotion stage and relegation stage (2 groups of 8)
Promotion
Top 2 from promotion stage promoted automatically, 3rd and 4th enter playoff
Relegation
Bottom 5th to 8th in relegation group go down (4 teams)
Other
There must be no more than 2 foreign players in the playing 11.
The match squad must have at least 2 domestic under-21 players. (Born after 1/1/2001)
There must be at least 1 Serbian under-21 player in the playing 11. (Born after 1/1/2001)
Domestic Under-19 players are automatically eligible to play in all matches.
Grafičar are a feeder club and as such are ineligible for promotion and are unavailable to manage

Youth Recruitment
This determines how large a pool of players your team can recruit from. It is the size of your recruitment network. It increases your chances of getting the best young players from your area, nation and beyond.
