Promotion

  • Top team promoted

  • 2nd & 3rd qualify for 3 team mini league also involving a team from the league above for 1 promotion spot

Relegation

  • Bottom 2 teams relegated

Other

  • The match squad must have no more than 3 foreign players (5 overall)

  • There must be at least 3 under-23 players in the starting ll. (Born after 25/8/1998)

*As always this is only a suggestion, the leagues listed are in order of importance, feel free to run as many or as little leagues as you think your system can handle. The setup above is a pretty random one as South Africa are geographically (in FM terms) out on a limb

I'm aware that English is not the majority language in South Africa but to be honest it's quite hard to group them with other nations so this is as close to a solution as I could come to. Another solution would be to load at least one nation from each continent to give a truly worldwide save.

Youth Recruitment

This determines how large a pool of players your team can recruit from. It is the size of your recruitment network. It increases your chances of getting the best young players from your area, nation and beyond.
