League Guide & Facts


  • The third tier of Swedish Football

  • 90 teams in 6 regional Sections of 15 teams (28 matches)

  • Norra Götaland, Norra Svealand, Norrland, Södra Svealand, Västra Götaland and Östra Götaland

Promotion

  • 1st place in each regional group automatically promoted

  • 2nd place teams go into a promotion playoff

  • Playoff is 2 groups of 3 teams

  • Top 2 teams in each group play a one off game against a team from the division above to gain promotion

Relegation

  • Bottom 2 automatically relegated from each group

  • 12th place entered into relegation play-off against teams from the tier below

Youth Recruitment

This determines how large a pool of players your team can recruit from. It is the size of your recruitment network. It increases your chances of getting the best young players from your area, nation and beyond.
