2 groups of 8 teams (7 games)
League then splits into two 8 team promotion/relegation groups
Promotion
Top 2 teams in promotion group automatically promoted
3rd & 4th placed teams qualify for promotion playoff
Relegation
Bottom team is relegated
7th placed team in relegation group enters relegation playoff
Other
There must be no more than 3 foreign players in the playing 11.
